Participations
- All European National Wrestling Federations and UWW Europe Council Members are invited to participate at the General Assembly of the European Council (UWW-Europe).
- Each delegation from an European National Wrestling Federation can be composed of a maximum of 3 people. At the time of registration, each delegation must present a power of attorney signed by the President and the Secretary General of the Federation.
- The President and the Secretary General of the UWW, as well as the European members of its Bureau, are invited to attend the General Assembly as guests.

- All documents for the General Assembly of the European Council (UWW-Europe) will be send in English.
- The documents will not be distributed at the General Assembly in Bratislava, Slovakia
Documents
- Any national federation proposing a candidate must be in good financial standing with the UWW and must not be suspended.
- Each national federation may nominate its candidate for election to the Executive Committee.
- Applications must be signed and sealed by the President and the Secretary General of the association, except for outgoing members who may propose their candidacies without the backing of their national federation.
- Applications must be sent to the UWW administration (Isabelle.dusson@uww.org) by 6 of January 2025 with copy to the UWW Europe President. (president@uww-europe.eu)
- All candidates must carefully read and sign the “Guidelines for candidacies and election campaigns for elected positions of the UWW” and send them in with their candidacy.
